The Challenge Begins November 1st, 2018
Stay on track during the holiday season with your health and wellness. We've put together a 6 week health and wellness package to help you through the holiday season. With our challenge package you get the following:
*6 Meals Per Week from The Savage Chef- Mix & Match from Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner with easy online ordering. Place an order by Thursday of each week for a regular sized meal. Sides and toppings are extra and you are welcome to order more than 6 meals per week for an additional fee.
* Unlimited Barre & Yoga Classes at ROC & Soul Fitness. With a huge variety of classes, you can try an array of classes that range from low impact yoga & barre classes to high impact HIIT classes.
*Weekly Motivation and Tips from ROC & Soul Fitness, The Savage Chef, and My Simply Unique, a health and wellness blog run by Jené Durpa. Jené is a local fitness professional, personal trainer, and health and wellness expert. Look for tips and motivation to keep you on track.
Meal Pick Up at The Savage Chef is Sunday's 2-6pm or Monday's 1-5pm.
